Producer Pass holders will be notified via email when program schedule is announced and will have 72 hours to reserve ONE SEAT at THREE (3) FILMS. To attend screenings without reservations, producers need only present their badge and get into line before show time, but get in line early, without a reserved seat, all films are first come, first seated.

Welcome to The Clearwater Film Festival. We want you to have the best film festival experience you have ever had. For those who have never been to a film festival and wonder if they would like it, there is only one way to find out, get a festival pass and join us. Film festivals are about watching films, celebrating the filmmaking process with the professionals who love bringing you movies to watch through fun and informal educational panels and gathering together with food and drink just for the fun of it. So if you like watching short films, animations, documentaries or full length motion pictures you might not see anywhere else, this might be for you. Like to learn a little more about how films are made? You can do that here. Ever experienced the glitz and glamour of a Hollywood style film party? Now you can. The Clearwater Film Festival has something fun for everyone.
There are four (4) Film Badge levels to choose from.
Every Film Badge allows total access to all film panels and educational forums.
The most sought-after events like The Opening Night Gala and Saturday Afternoon Awards Luncheon can only be accessed with a PRODUCER PASS Badge. This badge allows total access to all films, The Friday Night Bash and the Sunday Picnic. It also comes with three (3) reserved seats for movie blocks of your choice and a Film Trolley Pass.
The ASSOCIATE PRODUCER PASS Badge allows total access to all films, The Friday Night Bash and the Sunday Picnic. It also comes with two (2) reserved seats for movie blocks of your choice and a Film Trolley Pass.
PRODUCER and ASSOCIATE PRODUCER Badge Holders do not need to have FILM TICKETS to enter a film, except for the seats they have reserved. Reserved seats may not be transferred or sold.
FILM TICKETS are not for sale and will not be available on an individual basis.
If Producers and Associate Producers don’t need tickets, who does?
EVERYONE ELSE.
Seating is limited and theaters will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. For Producers and Associate Producers with reserved seats, there will be a reserved line for you. Get into line 30 minutes prior to screening to ensure your seat. Lines will be counted to the capacity of the theater and those at the end of the line may be turned away.
How do I get FILM TICKETS?
Purchase a Film Badge.
The DIRECTOR PASS Badge gives you six (6) FILM TICKETS. These may be used for any film screening. No reservations are available for this badge level. This Badge also allows entry to The Friday Night Bash.
The SUPPORTING CAST Badge gives you four (4) FILM TICKETS. These may be used for any film screening. No reservations are available for this badge level. This Badge also allows entry to the Sunday Picnic.
What if I just want to see one movie?
Single film tickets are not available at this time and may not become available. To ensure that you can get into a film you want to see, please purchase a Film Badge and enjoy the festival.
What if I buy a Director Pass or Supporting Cast Film Badge and can’t use all my tickets?
You may share them with whoever you wish. While Film Badges are non-transferable, UNRESERVED FILM TICKETS are.
For example, you may purchase a Director Pass Badge, watch 2 films and then find that your schedule filled with film panels and the Friday Night Bash so you may not even have time for more movies. If that’s the case, share them with your friends who didn’t even plan for the festival, everybody loves free movie tickets!
Maybe you just want to take advantage of the educational forums and just don’t have time to watch movies. While that makes us sad, we understand that people have busy schedules, but don’t let those tickets go to waste, bring your spouse and kids to a matinee. Better yet, get everybody a Supporting Cast Badge so you can all go to the Sunday Picnic together.
Why can’t I get all the tickets I want with a Producer Pass or Associate Producer Pass Film Badge?
Those Film Badges give you full access, not all your friends without Film Badges.
Now that we have cleared up any confusion about who gets to go where, let’s take a look at how you can get to where you want to be.
THE FILM TROLLEY
The FILM TROLLEY PASS allows you complete access to the Film Trolley and scheduled PSTA (Pinellas County Transportation Authority) bus service for the duration of the festival. The Film Trolley travels between all of our theater venues, preferred hotels and along Clearwater Beach to each Friday Night Bash location. Please consult the map provided on our website or in our program to plan accordingly.
ALLOW FOR TRAVEL TIME
Maximum travel time between the venues which are farthest apart (Marriott on Roosevelt to Carlouel Yacht Club on North Clearwater Beach) is about 45 minutes. Travel between most others is usually 20 minutes or less.

PLAN YOUR DAY
There is a lot to do at The Clearwater Film Festival and nobody will be able to do it all. Before you get here, study the schedules and maps provided on our website to decide what your top priorities are and build your schedule around that.
Film panels and educational forums are open to all Film Badge holders. If you want to make sure you have a good seat, get there early.
Read through the film descriptions and make a couple of solid decisions on what is worth standing in line or reserving a seat for. Some films will play twice, some only once. Award winning films will be announced at the Saturday Afternoon Awards Ceremony and Twittered ASAP. The winning films will be shown at Capitol Theater on Saturday Night in the following blocks:
5:00 PM Best Short Film with Best Documentary
7:00 PM Best Mini-Feature with Best International Film
9:00 PM Best Animation with Best Feature Film
Start and run times are subject to adjustment based on length of winning films.
To ensure your seat at one of these performances we encourage Producer Pass and Associate Producer Pass Badge holders to make reservations and for all others to get in line early.
Which Film Badge is right for me?

SUPPORTING CAST
Do you just want to see a couple of movies and get a taste of the film festival experience without investing a whole lot?
If you answered YES! the Supporting Cast Pass Badge is right for you. When you check in with your receipt and photo ID you will get your Film Badge on a lanyard. Wear it to gain entry to any film panels or educational forums you would like to attend. Find out how movies are made from the experts who make them. You will also receive four (4) Film Tickets that allow entry to any film. Supporting Cast also has access to the Sunday Picnic. Just wear your Film Badge and show up at Largo Central Park on Sunday, October 3 to partake of family style fare and mingle with our guests. Your meal is included at this non-alcohol event.

I’m not really the picnic type, got anything a little more wild and crazy?
Okay, settle down, we’ve got something for you. If nightlife is more your style, make sure you sign on for a Director Pass Badge so you can attend the Friday Night Bash. Four upscale parties on Clearwater Beach and Sand Key with live music connected by the Film Trolley is the ultimate party-hop experience. Plus, you’ll have six (6) Film Tickets and have total access to all the film panels and educational forums.

But I like picnics AND beach parties! What about me?
You need the Associate Producer Pass Badge. Total access to the Friday Night Bash, the Sunday Picnic, all the movies and film panels you can get to - plus - a reserved seat at two (2) films of your choice and a Film Trolley Pass so you can get around.

If you have a question you don’t see an answer for - call us on the phone to speak with a live person who will answer your question or call you back right away. Film Badges must be worn and displayed at all times for each function. Only one badge will be issued and can not be replaced.
Will I meet any celebrities or famous people?
